Job Summary:
The IT Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. This role ensures the smooth operation of a centralized Microsoft 365 ecosystem, upholds robust security measures, manages vendor relationships, and coordinates key projects to support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the centralized Microsoft 365 environment (including Teams, Outlook, etc.) by ensuring stable operations and continuous system improvements.
- Plan the ongoing consolidation and management of IT resources
- Implement and maintain IT policies and guidelines that ensure compliance (e.g., MAS, PCI DSS) and support efficient business processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, IT budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize cost effectiveness and service quality.
- Coordinate infrastructure projects, such as office redesigns and security system integrations, to support evolving business needs.
- Develop Request for Proposals (RFPs), conduct Proof of Concept (POC) evaluations, and assist in the selection of cybersecurity tools.
- Ensure the continuous monitoring of security measures of AWS cloud.
- Provide effective leadership and foster cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring clear communication and strong team performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT management
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices, security compliance standards, and vendor management.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant IT or cybersecurity certifications.
- Experience in integrating physical security systems with IT operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT; candidates without management experience should have held a senior technical role.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong planning and project management skills.
- Experience in maintaining and managing Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating IT initiatives and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, vendor management, and IT budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices with hands-on experience using various security tools, including DLP, SIEM, and vulnerability management systems.
