Job Description: Sales Manager – GPS Tracking and IoT Solutions
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in GPS tracking, IoT solutions, and government projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience in the supply chain and logistics sectors, as well as familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Driver Monitoring Systems (DMS), and software integration. This role demands a proactive professional who can build and maintain relationships with clients, drive sales growth, and implement strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for GPS tracking and IoT solutions targeting government projects, logistics, supply chain, and public transportation sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and key market segments.
2. Government & Enterprise Projects:
- Build relationships with government agencies and institutions to promote IoT and GPS tracking solutions.
- Navigate procurement processes, including tenders, RFPs, and compliance requirements.
3. Client Management:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including logistics providers, fleet operators, and public transport entities.
- Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.
4. ADAS and DMS Integration:
- Leverage knowledge of ADAS and DMS technologies to align solutions with client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless software and hardware integration for clients.
5. Market Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand to provide actionable insights.
- Propose product enhancements and sales tactics based on market needs.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, technical support, and marketing, to deliver a superior customer experience.
equired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within GPS tracking, IoT, or a related industry.
- Proven track record in securing government projects, particularly in supply chain, logistics, and public transport.
- Strong knowledge of ADAS, DMS, and software integration processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and regulatory requirements in government sectors.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical understanding of IoT platforms and fleet management systems.
- Experience with SaaS sales models and subscription-based solutions.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and handle multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
