We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quotations, handling customer service inquiries, and overseeing the delivery process. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation Management:
Prepare and send quotations to clients promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company pricing policies.
- Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Delivery Coordination:
Manage and track deliveries, ensuring on-time delivery and coordination with logistics partners or internal teams.
- Process Optimization:
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain and update records related to quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer feedback.
- Supplier & Vendor Communication:
Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely deliveries.
- Problem Resolution:
Address any operational challenges or customer issues, collaborating with other teams to find quick and effective solutions.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
