Company Overview:

We are a growing retail & e-commerce business specializing in LADIES FASHION ACCESSORIES. We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Packing Assistant to help manage inventory, pack orders, and ensure smooth order fulfillment for our online customers.

Responsibilities:


Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Maintain and organize stock to ensure efficient inventory management.
Assist in receiving, checking, and stocking incoming inventory.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
Ensure all packaging meets quality standards before dispatch.
Use basic computer systems to update inventory records and process delivery orders.
Keep the packing and storage areas clean and well-organized.


Requirements:


Experience in inventory management, shopee / lazada/ tik tok order fulfillment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory tracking.
Physically capable of handling boxes up to 4kg.
Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Structure:

This is a permanent part time position ( long term)

Work shift (A) 930am -2pm or (B) 2pm -630pm

MONDAY - FRIDAY

$12/hours

Office environment
