  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a Singapore-based Timepiece retail store. A humble family business selling watches and clocks since 2001, while providing quality watch and clock repair services. We are searching for Helpful and Service-oriented individuals to join our modest business as a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant!

Job Description

  • Attend to walk-in customer, sales-driven

  • Provide product knowledge & recommendations to customers

  • Provide Polite & Outgoing customer service

  • Team player

  • Replenish & Display merchandise

  • Cashiering

  • Provide simple watch servicing (eg. change watch battery, change watch strap, adjust watch link, etc... (on-the-job training)

  • Follow-up after-sales service

  • Perform monthly & annual stock take, or as instructed

  • General housekeeping - keeping the shop clean & neat at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience in Sales industry

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to converse in English & Mandarin Language

  • Proactive, Responsible, Integrity, Meticulous, Committed

  • Customer service oriented

  • Sales driven personality

  • Tech-savvy

Working Days & Retail Hours

  • 5 days work week (including weekends & public holidays)

  • 2 off days per week

  • Retail hours: 11am - 9pm

  • Salary: Basic S$1,800 - 2,000

  • Commission pay (after probation)

  • Up to 14 days annual leave

  • No claim medical bonus

  • Annual bonus (based on performance)
