Job Description
Attend to walk-in customer, sales-driven
Provide product knowledge & recommendations to customers
Provide Polite & Outgoing customer service
Team player
Replenish & Display merchandise
Cashiering
Provide simple watch servicing (eg. change watch battery, change watch strap, adjust watch link, etc... (on-the-job training)
Follow-up after-sales service
Perform monthly & annual stock take, or as instructed
General housekeeping - keeping the shop clean & neat at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of retail experience in Sales industry
Good communication skills
Able to converse in English & Mandarin Language
Proactive, Responsible, Integrity, Meticulous, Committed
Customer service oriented
Sales driven personality
Tech-savvy
Working Days & Retail Hours
5 days work week (including weekends & public holidays)
2 off days per week
Retail hours: 11am - 9pm
Salary: Basic S$1,800 - 2,000
Commission pay (after probation)
Up to 14 days annual leave
No claim medical bonus
