  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you'll do :

Supervise drivers and delivery assistants, ensuring discipline and safety compliance.
Plan, schedule, and assign daily delivery jobs while maintaining communication with drivers.
Liaise with customers to address job-related issues and request time extensions if needed.
Report cargo damage, traffic accidents, and delivery discrepancies to the Operations Manager.
Assist in investigating incidents/accidents and preparing reports (Incident Report/CAPA).
Ensure efficient allocation of vehicles and equipment, monitoring their condition and maintenance schedules.
Oversee import/export operations, attend to customer inquiries, and follow up on operational issues.
Provide after-hours support for customer calls and driver feedback.

Job Requirements :

Experience in logistics, transportation, or operations coordination.
Strong planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
Ability to handle incidents, discrepancies, and operational challenges efficiently.
