Manpower Recruitment –
Understanding manpower requisition and requirements, drafting a job description from the concerned department
Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills
Screening the candidates by conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews as the case may be.
Work Pass Management –
Process all work passes if required via the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) website for all outlets
Manage all MOM-related matters.
Induction and On-boarding –
Preparation of Letter of Appointment for new joiners
Preparation of all letters pertaining to Human Resource Matters
Proper filing of relevant documents of new joiners
Payroll and Expense claims -
Tabulate and manage the company’s payrolls and expense reimbursements.
Handle and submit full CPF contribution on a monthly basis
Staff Movements, Attendance and Leave management -
Keeping track of the attendance of all employees
Keeping track of the leaves/off-in-lieu taken by the employees
Handles compensation and benefits packages such as National Service, Maternity, Paternity and Hospitalization leave
Setup and update leave system and employees’ records
Maintaining and updating the database of the employees
Any other ad-hoc duties -
Administrative duties as assigned
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
