Location: Central
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 9am to 6pm
Duration: 6 months contract
Salary: Up to $3000 per month
Job Description:
Raise / produce client invoices
Update client documents (Terms & Conditions, FAQs etc) with minor changes (dates / card types etc)
Arrange translation of client documents (as above)
Review broker / client reports for accuracy
Replicate product development documents
Update / format presentation material for client meetings / pitch documents
Produce / reformat Local Service Agreements (based on existing Global Agreements)
Liaise with teams to maintain / update documents on the client portals
Maintain database of clients’ portfolios and documents in team's shared folders
Collate documentation to support compliance investigations
Work with global & local teams to ensure centralized databases reflect accurate / up to date documentation
Provide general administrative support to the APAC TC team
Requirements:
Prior experience in general insurance admin.
Min A levels or Diploma holders.
Simple to Advance Microsoft skills
Ability to demonstrate the use of initiative and a proactive approach in work
Singaporeans only.
