  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scopes:

Handles feedback pertaining to Vocational Licencing Matters (outbound calls and emails)
Comfortable in speaking to members of public and also provide written responses as necessary
To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback
Familiar with common office tools such as Microsoft office, outlook etc.
On-the-job training will be provided for use of internal systems
Follows guideline on feedback handling
To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma and above
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written / spoken)
Experience in Customer Service is preferred
Good attendance is expected
