  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an Executive to provide support to the BP team.

Duration: 11 months
Salary: Up to $3,450/month

Job Responsibilities:

Support the administration of secondments, confirmations, contract renewals, staff referrals and internal transfer ensuring timely execution.
Provide logistical support for meetings and events to ensure smooth execution of HR initiatives.
Support comms efforts for HRBP events.
Provide administrative support for the designated HRBP groups.
Looking for:

Singaporeans only
Min. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or its equivalent
Prior 2 years' experience in HR administration or related field
Highly attentive to details, possess the ability to multi-task and to manage deliverables under tight timelines
Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving HR needs
