Accounts Executive (AP)

• Working days & hours: 5 days’ work week (Office Hours)
• Location: Senoko (Nearest MRT : Admiralty / Sembawang)
Job Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
• Arrange vendor payments based on agreed credit terms and payment urgency.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements and ensure all invoices are accounted for.
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and support year-end audit processes.
• Prepare and submit accurate GST filings to IRAS.
• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for outgoing payments and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Maintain accurate records of Fixed Assets in line with company policies and procedures.
• Handle monthly fixed asset depreciation and update the fixed assets register.
• Manage the process for fixed asset disposals, including preparing debit notes where applicable.
• Maintain accurate master data for accounts payable, cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders.
• Keep schedules for prepaid expenses, advance payments, and accruals up to date with proper documentation.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is an added advantage
