Job Scope:
· Prepare and draft proper and complete lease documentation (LCF/Tenancy Agreement/Cover letter) for vetting by Leasing Manager
· Maintain all tenants’ database, rent rolls, tenancy schedules
· Track and maintain lease documentation status
· Maintain inventory of keys for vacant properties
· Maintain proper document (hard and soft copies) filing process
· Track lease expiries and property insurance policies expiries
· Assist in stamping of tenancy agreements and other contracts
· Liaise with tenants on issuance and return of documents
· Work with Operations Executive to track renewal of all authorities’ licences including lift PTO, Fire Cert, EMA licences etc, for all properties.
· General admin support e.g. filing of documents, scanning soft copies, receive incoming mails/sending outgoing mails, assist Account/Property to get approval from management, maintaining stationery/beverage inventory, etc for the department
· Any other administrative duties assigned by the company
