As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist in visual merchandising, maintain store organization, and support the overall operation of the store. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:

    • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and offering styling advice.

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

    • Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.

  • Sales & Product Knowledge:

    • Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting and upselling products.

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, brand offerings, and product knowledge.

    • Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.

  • Visual Merchandising:

    • Help with the store’s visual displays, ensuring they are in line with brand guidelines and visually appealing.

    • Maintain product presentation and stock levels on the sales floor.

  • Stock Management:

    • Assist in receiving and unpacking deliveries.

    • Organize and replenish stock on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-presented.

    • Help with inventory checks and stock rotation.

  • Store Maintenance:

    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including fitting rooms and displays.

    • Ensure that the store is well-stocked and product availability is consistent.

  • Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the store manager and team members to meet store goals and objectives.

    • Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, preferably in fashion, is a plus but not required.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong customer service orientation.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

    • A passion for fashion and keeping up with industry trends.

  • Physical Requirements:
