Roles & Responsibilities
We are a well established renovation firm in Singapore with our own team of workers.
Well located @ Kaki Bukit / Changi Road or Serangoon Area
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Renovation Sales Admin to provide administrative support to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for the renovation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating sales databases, and maintaining sales records.
2. Sales Order Processing: Process sales orders, including preparing and sending quotations, processing payments, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
3. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
4. Data Entry: Enter sales data into the company's CRM system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including preparing marketing materials, updating social media platforms, and coordinating trade show events.
6. Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the sales team.
Requirements (only Open for Local / Malaysia) :
1. Education: No Requirement for Singaporeans. Min S.P.M For Malaysia.
(Other Nationalities will not be considered)
2. Experience: Training will be provided
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with the renovation industry, including products, services, and market trends.
