  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Import/Export Customer Service Officer

Work Location: Penjuru Lane

Working Days: 8.15am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)

Basic Salary: $2000 - $2700 (subject to experience)

Job Scope:

  • Coordinate all air and sea freight activities, including booking, documentation, permits declaration, shipment arrangement & tracking, billing, arranging transport Handling Call and Email from client

  • Manage both inbound and outbound customer shipments

  • Shipping Documentation & report

  • Data Entry

  • Perform Administrative Support
