Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Provide sales support, liaise with team and/ or customers on daily basis
Prepare and process quotation and contracts
Follow up on quotations until works order received
Answer phone call and email enquiries
Prepare powerpoint presentations
Fill out company pre-qualification documents
Prepare tender documents and supporting documentation
Any other assigned duties related to sales support function
Expected Areas of Competence
Sales and/ or customer service experience in pest control or related fields preferred
At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
Thorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniques
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Powerpoint
Needs to be self motivated, interested to learn and understand the industry
Must be a strong team player and communicator
Needs to have good attention to detail
