Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Windows server and virtualisation environments
• Manage and optimise VMware infrastructure, including vSphere, vCenter, and related technologies
• Oversee the administration of Critical Infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement automation strategies using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell scripting
• Manage and maintain identity and access management solutions, including CyberArk
• Lead the migration of on-premises workloads to AWS cloud environments
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical incidents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows server administration and virtualisation technologies
• Strong expertise in VMware technologies, including vSphere and vCenter
• Experience managing Critical Infrastructure systems
• Proficiency in automation and scripting, particularly with Ansible and PowerShell
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management solutions, preferably CyberArk
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services and migration strategies
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and technologies
• Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of Windows environments
• Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, VCP, AWS certifications) are preferred
