RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with customer, onboarding team and compliance team to ensure smooth onboarding / KYC / CDD / AML in time.
  • Ensure day-to-day customer queries are handled in a timely manner.
  • Support the relationship managers in assessing the viability of the new transaction, in ensuring timely submission of account opening, credit proposals, deal presentation slides and manage the credit process and turnaround time.
  • Attend roadshows and make customer visits with relationship managers
  • Ensure timely submission of periodically account reviews and loan reviews, conduct post-lending monitoring of approved conditions/covenants. To raise waivers arising from deviations from bank policies and approved conditions/covenants.
  • Develop and manage customer portfolios as well as conduct regular credit reviews to maintain healthy loan portfolios;
  • Visit customers periodically with RM to update the latest situations of customers and develop new business;
  • Implement transaction monitoring, ask customer provide transaction information or supporting documents.
  • Ensure regulatory checklists are completed and maintained in accordance with bank policies and requirements.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by HOD and RM.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience in a corporate banking segment
  • AML / KYC knowledge and experience
  • Credit and financial analysis skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Product & Market knowledge
  • Customers’ relationship management skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving/decision-making skills
