Job Description:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
  • Manage the interview coordination for direct and agency candidates
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support recruitment activities
  • Liaise with hiring managers on their availability for interviews
  • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Collate candidates' documents prior to interviews
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the recruiting process.
  • Prepare employment contracts and liaise with candidates for the documents needed (when required).
  • Process timesheets
  • Process monthly payroll in accurate and timely manner
  • Any ad-hoc duty assigned by HR Manager with related to HR matters

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2-3 years of work-related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Ability to commence immediately preferred
