Job Description:
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Manage the interview coordination for direct and agency candidates
- Work collaboratively with the team to support recruitment activities
- Liaise with hiring managers on their availability for interviews
- Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Collate candidates' documents prior to interviews
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the recruiting process.
- Prepare employment contracts and liaise with candidates for the documents needed (when required).
- Process timesheets
- Process monthly payroll in accurate and timely manner
- Any ad-hoc duty assigned by HR Manager with related to HR matters
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least 2-3 years of work-related experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Ability to commence immediately preferred
