
Management Trainee - Executive
As a Management Trainee - Executive, focusing on Secretariat Support, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Organize Seminars and Members Events:
- Plan and coordinate logistics for seminars and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to create engaging and productive member gatherings.
2. Administer Seminars/Courses Accreditation:
- Manage the accreditation process for seminars and courses.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance.
3. Provide Secretariat Support to Committees:
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
- Attend committee meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
4. Other Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the administrative function.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in related roles.
2. Organized and with good time management skills.
3. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a team player while also able to work independently.
4. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual communication tools such as Zoom.
