Responsibilities

To provide active support and assistance to sales and aftersales teams,

To provide technical support for troubleshooting and escalate to appropriate vendors if necessary,

Manage all sales processes and fulfillment,

Liaising with supply chain and purchase team in ensuring products availability.

Sales Support through managing sales contracts with new and existing customers, processing requests for quotations received etc.

Requirements:

Education in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

Previous experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Support with Electronics, Satellite Communications, Navigation, Radio or similar equipment
