We specialize in a wide range of services such as residential projects, additions & alterations, custom carpentry, etc. As we expand our portfolio, we’re looking for a dedicated Project Site Coordinator to join our team and ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Job Overview:
The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. Provide timely updates and suggestions to Senior Manager for timely implementations to ensure work efficiency.
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Schedule and supervise subcontractors and in-house trades (e.g., carpentry, tiling, aluminum & glass).
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project progress and report daily/weekly updates to the Project Manager.
- Assist in resolving site issues and managing unforeseen delays or changes.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, work schedules, and material orders.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate logistics, including material deliveries and waste management.
- Support budgeting and cost management efforts for the project.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Candidates with no relevant experience is welcome to apply. Candidate with working experiences to similar work nature will be preferred.
- With own transportation will be preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese Language, both written and spoken, to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
