About the Role

Reporting to the Global Head of People & Culture, the Assistant Vice President, People & Culture will focus on the delivery of the Global HR Strategic Roadmap to enable the accelerated, compliant & sustainable growth of Saison International. The scope of this role is global with a focus on our legal entities in Mexico, Brazil, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, excluding Japan. This position focuses on defining the appropriate governance as well as developing and or harmonizing global HR policies and practices to drive globally consistent employee experiences.

What You Will Do

Global HR Governance, Strategy and Policy Development

  • Support the execution of the global People & Culture Strategy including development / tracking / reporting of key milestones, to ensure successful deployment.
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of People & Culture to design an HR governance framework that supports the organization's growth and accommodates different maturity stages of our businesses globally
  • Partner with the People & Culture Global Leadership team to design and implement Global HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency of people experience across all countries
  • Develop centralised People & Culture Project Plan, capturing projects outside of this role’s scope (eg HRIS implementation) and incorporate & maintain P&C project plans, timelines, and budgets for key global HR initiatives

Talent Management and Development

  • Create and implement global talent management processes, including development of Annual Cycles including Global Executive Committee discussion on Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Talks (Development focused)
  • Design and oversee global leadership development programs (including enhancement of any existing programs eg Talent Exchange Program)
  • Establish metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives across regions

Organization Design

  • Partner with business leaders to assess and optimize organizational structures on a global scale
  • Develop frameworks/tools for effective organizational design and workforce planning
  • Develop reporting mechanism to track and measure organisational growth and associated Headcount costs.

HR Analytics and Reporting

  • In alignment with HRIS implementation develop and define HR Analytics Road map
  • Identify, develop and utilize people data analytics to inform performance against key business and HR priorities.
  • Develop and maintain global HR dashboards and reports for executive leadership
  • Establish global HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
  • Tracking of outcomes and performance of the People & Culture Function

Compensation & Benefits

  • Collaborate with the Global Head of P&C to design and implement a Global Compensation Framework to ensure globally consistent compensation and benefits programs and offerings
  • Ensure appropriate benchmarking activities to ensure competitive pay practices across all regions as well as benchmarking benefit related programs & offerings.
  • Develop strategies to harmonize benefits offerings while considering local regulations and market practices

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-regional role
  • Strong knowledge of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Experience in designing and implementing global HR policies and programs
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in HR analytics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
