Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with engineering consultants & contractors to understand their engineering needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.

Job Requirements
- Education: Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or min Engineering Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Proven track record in technical sales or related roles (2–5 years of experience preferred).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pumping principles and ability to quickly grasp product specifications.
- Sales Acumen: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and technical drawing tools (preferred).
- Previous experience: Previously worked in companies selling heavy equipment for buildings services preferred, eg HVAC, pumps, cooling towers, variable speed drives, piping system, pipe components, etc.
