  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

Criteria:

  • At least one year of experience working in customer service.
  • Possess minimum ‘O’ level equivalent qualifications or above.
  • Possess valid Standard First Aid with Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Certification.

Role:

  • Ensure only students and staff are allowed to access the gym
  • Assist users with UniVUS app login troubleshooting
  • Manage drawing and returning of keys by CCA groups based on booking schedule
  • Ensure safe usage of equipment
  • Check for proper gym attire and towel usage
  • Report equipment defects and/or any physical or potential hazard and likely dangerous, unsafe conditions to the supervising officer.
  • Perform FMO duties as assigned by the SUU relating to the operations of sports facilities in NUS.
  • Ensure the participants for UTown Climbing Wall has a Certified Wall Supervisor certification before carrying out their activities.
  • Answer enquiries on facility booking and use of facility.

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
