Responsibilities:
1、Manage the entire lifecycle of cooperative clients, including accurate project delivery, meticulous client relationship maintenance, and detailed renewal management. Identify value-added sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
2、Regularly and consistently engage with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and data-related challenges. Provide customized professional data consulting services and effective solutions.
3、Collect, systematize, and analyze business-related data comprehensively, employing flexible data analysis tools to extract valuable information and profound insights. Provide strong support for key decision-making.
4、Efficiently coordinate and plan across departments, collaborating closely with project teams, product teams, and analyst teams to address various customer needs in projects.
5、Thoroughly gather and accurately analyze customer needs and feedback. Dedicate efforts to delivering high-quality service experiences for customers and users, promoting internal product iteration and improvement.
Qualifications:
1、Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
2、3-5 years of experience in e-commerce data analysis or data services, with a deep understanding of e-commerce data business logic and the ability to provide comprehensive data solutions.
3、Preferred experience in fast-moving consumer goods (e.g., personal care/beauty, food & beverages, maternal and child health), retail channels, or the internet industry.
4、Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a quick learning ability.
5、Outgoing, positive, and results-oriented.
6、Fluent in English (able to handle customer emails and reports).
