- Provide guidance to Business Developments on recruitment best practices and selection techniques
- Gather and analyse feedback from candidates and new hires to continually enhance the recruitment process
- Possess at least a diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields. Training will be provided for candidates who do not have experience in sales recruitment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
- Candidates should be results-driven, with a commitment to meeting the company's sales targets
