  • Be part of the IT support team works in manufacturing environment and handles IT tickets
  • Attend to tickets for incidents, service requests and alerts or problems with IT system.
  • Maintain ownership of issues until resolution and ensure close timely.
  • Collaborate and work closely with global teams, application teams and third party vendors to resolve issue and minimal downtime.
  • Log tickets and set priority in ticketing tool and escalate for next level support if needed.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance application to minimize repeating support issues.
  • Work on IT enhancement projects and deliver as per schedule.
  • Work as part of a global team to support manufacturing environment.
  • Provide after-hours support for manufacturing related emergencies.
  • Monitor IT incident tickets trending and ensure KPI is achieved.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of IT Hardware and basic understanding of network concept.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting endpoints
  • Ability to learn and master applications used in manufacturing.
  • Willing to work on 12-hour shift patterns
  • At least 3 years of working experience in clean room environment.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skill.
  • Ability to manage and meet customer expectation and high customer orientation.
  • Excellent communication and logical thinking mind set.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
