- Maintain close liaison with the Manager of Field Service, complete weekly time sheets and Site Reports, and follow internal procedures.
- Cooperate professionally with the Customer and sub-contractors, promoting equipment upgrades and modifications.

- Participate in customer meetings, provide technical support during sales efforts, identify potential delays, minimize their impact, and support claim management.
- You have profound know-how and extensive work experience with all service disciplines of the Siemens Energy AGT product line. Additional working knowledge of Siemens products in any service disciplines and other product lines e.g., SGT-100 to 800 packages will have added advantage.
- You are capable of conducting and/or supervising general servicing, overhaul, and troubleshooting of this equipment with minimum guidance, and capable of interfacing directly with Technical Support to resolve problems.

- be willing and able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing in English language and other languages will be of added value.
- Diploma in Engineering or other comparable subjects would be beneficial.
