Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in all aspect of project management such as project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship, control of general workers.
- Coordination and liaisons with all relevant parties.
- Support the Project manager to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and are of highest quality.
- Handling documentation and administrative matters required for commencement of works and project closing.
- Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
- Update daily progress, weekly progress and monthly progress for project monitors
- Conduct project site inspection.
- Attend co-ordination meeting with designer/ architect/ consultant relating to design /detail / drawing.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure. - Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architectural, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years' working experience in interior design or fit-out industry.
- Carpentry/Joinery works' experiences will be an added advantage.
- Possess class 3 driving license preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ Project and good with paperwork.
- Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
- Local working experience needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:

- Performance bonus
