- Proven experience in managing and delivering TIA, transport design review, and modelling projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including SIDRA, Vissim/Visum, AutoTurn, and AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences and build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, CEng) or membership in relevant professional bodies is a plus.
