The company has 3 offices where all operations and coordination are handled by each region:
Americas Office: Located in Chile
Asia Pacific Office: Located in Singapore
Europe, Middle East & Africa: Located in NetherlandsThis position will have direct contact with National & International Suppliers and Clients via emails, phone calls and sometimes face to face meetings.Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs operations.
- Familiarity with Importer of Record (IOR) / Exporter of Record (EOR) process and international trade regulations is a plus.
- Understanding of customs documentation and import/export regulations.
- Knowledge of APAC trade regulations is an advantage
- Assist in coordinating and managing the end-to-end Importer of Record (IOR) / Exporter of Record (EOR) process for global shipments.
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance and timely delivery of goods.
- Verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipments, customs entries, and compliance-related documentation
- Assist in preparing necessary documents for import/export compliance , including import licenses, permits, and declarations.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipment status and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with customers to gather required information and ensure
- Stay updated on customs regulations and trade policies in various countries.
- Ensure all shipments comply with relevant import/export laws and guidelines.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, such as shipment delays, missing
- Assist in preparing regular reports on shipment status, compliance metrics, and operational performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
