- Update employee records in HRIS and assist employees with enquiries and procedures.
- Maintain proper filing and management of personal documents of employees
- Support end to end administrative needs of employee life cycle (e.g. work pass management, onboarding, offboarding, orientation, medical screening, leave and claims administration, etc)
- Generate routine reports and assist in any ad hoc reports that may be requested by management and business units
- Administer, communicate and coordinate employee-related information with respective HR colleagues.
- Support monthly and bi-monthly payroll processing
- Participate in system projects and assist in user testing for any changes to the systems
- Collate monthly reports and liase with external vendors on charges and billing
- Support employee engagement activities
- Respond and assist with employee and line managers' queries and HR needs
- Diploma in Human Resource or related disciplines with at least 2-4 years of working experience
- Relevant work experience in HR services / HRIS roles will be added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and plan timeline to deliver within required the deadlines.
- Resourceful with ability to work independently for daily routine work
- Good teamwork with ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Eye for details and consciously check through own work
- Self-starter, proactive and willing to take on challenges
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Employment legislation and MOM guidelines.
