Working at the forefront of change, you will introduce new audit practices and digital solutions that enhance our organisation's risk intelligence.What you will be working on:You will implement four strategic transformations: • Partner with consultants to develop a comprehensive audit manual aligned with the new Global Internal Audit Standards. This includes reviewing audit workflows, establishing quality assurance frameworks, and ensuring smooth implementation of new standards. • Design and deliver targeted governance training programmes for different groups of officers across the organisation. You will develop practical case studies, coordinate with subject matter experts • Establish organisation-wide continuous monitoring systems by implementing automated tools, designing dashboards for real-time risk monitoring, and developing alert mechanisms for control breaches. • Strengthen audit capabilities through initiatives aligned with the public sector competency framework.What we are looking for:Key Competencies: • Demonstrated success in business transformation and process re-engineering • Proven ability in stakeholder management and change implementation • Skill in translating complex concepts into actionable solutions • Understanding of internal audit methodologies and control frameworks • Experience in dashboard design (advantageous) This multifaceted role offers unique opportunities for professional growth through exposure to strategic initiatives.
