  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Utilize various active sourcing methods, including job boards, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • HR Processes and Projects (15-20%)
  • Initiate process improvements solutions to improve HR team and process effectiveness
  • Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees to raise grievances, ensuring concerns are heard and addressed promptly.
  • Investigate employee complaints thoroughly and impartially, gathering relevant facts and evidence.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR leadership to resolve grievances and improve employee experience in a fair and consistent manner, aligned with company policies and labor laws.
  • HR Policies and Compliance (15%)
  • Ensure the organization adheres to local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal and organizational standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes, records, and systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including employee documentation, and reporting obligations.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, advising management on necessary updates or modifications to company policies.
