- Design and implement a change adoption framework to support the various change management workstreams in HTX. This involves designing and delivering OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that empower staff to deliver their best. Activities under this workstream may include supporting Leads to design and execute change management plans to communicate the purpose, vision, strategy, projects and results of major changes affecting the organisation, co-designing and supporting targeted interventions for specific groups of staff within affected Functions. • Work as a team to diagnose issues relating to organisational needs and team effectiveness through the provision of systematic sensemaking of organisational health/climate via different sources of data, including Employee Engagement and Pulse Survey findings, employee feedback via various internal Senior Management engagement platforms. • Work across teams to build internal capabilities in change management, leadership and OD tools through the design, development and facilitation of contextualised learning and development solutions for Leads, Middle Managers and change advocates within the organisation. This also includes managing and engaging HTX's community of change advocates regularly. • Stay updated on OD and change management best practices by keeping abreast of developments in the field. • The jobholder may also be in charge of planning and organizing specific organisation-wide engagement platforms, on a project basis.
- Tertiary qualifications. • An advantage if you have been certified or have undergone relevant training in design thinking, OD, Organisational Psychology or related fields such as behavioural science, psychology or sociology. • 5 years' experience in driving organisational transformation, cultural alignment and/or change management. • Some working experience in a technology organisation will be an advantage. • Good analytical skills. Ability to draw insights from data and ground sense-making. • Strong communication skills. Comfortable discussing ideas and interacting with senior leadership as well as facilitating discussion amongst groups of staff. • Ability to conceptualise and advise at the organisation- wide level on the interventions, programmes required in driving the transformation efforts. • Highly motivated, self-starter and good at working with multiple partners. Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and comfortable in working with some level of ambiguity.
