IT Supply Chain, Procurement Management:
- Oversee end to end Enterprise IT Procurement workstream spanning from approvals, supply chain management covering vendor and contracts administration, renewal tracking and re-evaluation against the backdrop of firm policies, compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the supply chain and procurement governance from sourcing to contracting and renewals.
- Refine and review associated policies, guidance to address control gaps and ensure robust procurement, vendor and contract management practices.

- Handshake with technical team to maintain the associated tools/ application including bug/issue management.

- Conduct spend, vendor analysis/ drivers for insights, suggest recommendations to management for improvements, benchmarking to effectuate strategic decisions.
- Perform thorough vendor analysis to ensure compliance with company standards and highlight any potential risks.
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as required by the role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Finance, including Procurement or similar role.
- Proven experience in financial analysis, IT procurement and contract management.
- Proficiency in financial management, reporting and automation tools (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI, Power Automate, ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
