Manager (Contract Management - Training)

What The Role Is

You are responsible for the contract management of training-related contracts.

What You Will Be Working On

• Review contracting approaches, pricing mechanisms and KPIs prior to renewal
• Conduct engagements with users and contractors to resolve and improve processes as required
• Manage, mitigate and resolve ground issues between contractors and users and ensure continuity in services
  
  
  

Challenge(s)

• Balancing stakeholders' interests and principles of procurement
• Balancing desired training outcomes and cost

• Prior experience in contracts management/handling of government tenders is preferred
• Good communication and writing skills
