
Business Innovation Analyst (Manufacturing & Supply Chain)
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and manufacturing pain points. Engage with both internal and external parties (customers, conferences)
• Contribute to the development of customer-centric designs and value propositions.
• Support the creation and execution of business model innovation strategies.
• Help with ROI analysis, resource allocation, and budgeting for various business initiatives.
• Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement in manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ideation and rapid prototyping of solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies within manufacturing and supply chain.
• Cooperate with development team to perform analysis on current supply chain data to identify trend and issues, make proposal for improvements.
• Support the planning of the supply chain activities and the supply chain applications systems for the department.
Job Requirements
• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IndustrialEngineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as functional or business analyst
• Basic understanding of business model innovation, market analysis, and value proposition development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and supply chain operations.
• Analytical mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Good documentation & presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Client focused and ability to prioritize tasks and workload
• Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations-related role.
• Supply chain management background.
• Exposure to ideation techniques, design thinking, or prototyping processes.
• Knowledge of financial analysis or basic budgeting principles.
