Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the requirement study, research, feasibility study, functional analysis and design phases, functional testing, user acceptance testing and end-user training of any new IT software development projects and/ or product development for the eldercare industry.
- Involve in our market-driven product design to strengthen organization's SaaS care management system.
- Produce Functional Specification, User Story and Functional Test Case.
- Perform technical and business impact analysis for modifications needed in existing web-based SaaS/SOA and bespoke applications to meet changing user requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting software application and system issues.
- Work with Product Owner, Software Architect, Developers, Project Manager and customers/ end users (e.g. doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrators, IT Manager, etc.) on change requests and enhancements to current system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, in any field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably working as functional consultant, business analyst, system analyst, IT analyst, product analyst, analyst programmer, etc.
- Versatile and independent in picking up new technology, and possess strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Able to do flowcharting and business process analysis.
- Ability to grasp and understand business requirements.
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc)
