Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitments across the board
- Support in talent acquisition processes, workforce planning, and succession planning. Develop strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
- Maintain an effective performance management system that aligns employee goals with organizational objectives. Provide guidance to managers on performance management practices, oversee the performance review process
- Monitor the number of recruits to ensure it aligns with business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs and oversee recruitment
- Manage employee relations, responsible for management of employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievances, employee litigation, redundancy and terminations
- Enhance HR workflows, policies, productivity initiatives, and promoting a positive work environment
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for informed decision-making
- Support HRIS implementation project, e.g. collect user needs, review proposal, vendor management, system testing
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree or above with more than 7 years of experience as a HRBP
- Take ownership of the BP role and have a sense of responsibility and pride to assist the business teams to achieving greater success
- Demonstrated initiative in a fast-moving environment; proactive problem solver, roll-up-one’s-sleeves attitude
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a mindset for continuous improvement (pro-active to reach out for clarification) and technical savvy
- Hands on experience in end-to-end HRIS implementation preferably
