  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) team, ensuring timely submission and assisting to meet deadlines when necessary.
•Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts.
•Prepare fixed asset schedules and bank reconciliations.
•Handle inter-company transactions, reconciliation, and confirmation.
•Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
•Assist with year-end statutory audits and preparation of statutory accounts.
•Reconcile part-timer cash disbursements.
•Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

•Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
•Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
•Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience.
•Ability to function as a proactive and independent team player.
•Ability to meet tight schedules and timelines.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Added advantage to have tax and audit experience.
•Added advantage to have experience in the food and beverage industry.
