The Operations Manager for ISO Tanks plays a critical role in driving the strategic execution and optimization of ISO tank logistics and operations.
This position is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of ISO tank container management—including transportation, maintenance, and inventory—while ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will proactively enhance processes, leverage data-driven decision-making, and align operations with business objectives to maximize fleet utilization and service reliability.
Key Responsibility:
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee and enhance the movement, transportation, and storage of ISO tanks across Southeast Asia, ensuring seamless coordination with depots and logistics partners to optimise Fleet & Logistics resources
- Drive operational efficiency by minimizing tank downtime, optimizing fleet utilization, and implementing cost-effective transportation and storage solutions.
- Proactively monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure ISO tank availability aligns with customer and market requirements.
- Maintain and analyze comprehensive records of transportation schedules, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation to drive continuous improvement and operational insights.
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and escalate issues to immediate superior / management whenever required.
- Assess, manage & resolve problematic developments & situations.
