
Manager, Business Management
A self-directed team player in the Distribution & Marketing Department focusing on supporting and managing business plans and strategies to promote business growth.

Key Responsibilities include:
Assist and support the Head of Distribution and Marketing in the following (but not limited to) :
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote business growth
- Ensuring the company is equipped with appropriate resources to execute strategies and attain company's goals
- Ensuring business objectives are effectively executed with performance management
- Support in recruitment and outreach efforts
- Review work processes and controls to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensuring all operations are compliant with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of business papers of the various financing schemes and incentives.
- Monitoring, validating, and reporting on all financing schemes and incentives.
- Timely reporting and analysis on all financing schemes and incentives to ensure achievement of plans and objectives.
- Provide administrative support and perform any other project and ad-hoc tasks to assist the team.
- Support the Department Head in various corporate projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in business, business management or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analysis and recommendation.
- Possess good leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional knowledge of the latest business policies and regulations
- Possess business or industry insights.
- Good Problem-solving skills
- Excellent MS office skills - Powerpoint and Excel.
- Project Management and Business Analysis skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of managing multiple tasks priorities effectively
