Job Description:
- Site planning, preparation and coordination on progress and schedule for timely completion.
- Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders to achieve project milestones, deliverables and schedule monitoring. Handle and lead project team members for day-to-day activities.
- Manage, control and monitor all project activities during the design phase, site execution phase, and testing & commissioning phase.
- Prepare and create detailed work schedules, manpower and resource planning.
- Coordinate the safety management system on site.
- Follow up and report on the project's progress.
- Testing & Commissioning
- Prepare project documents for submission, Eg Technical submittal for design approval, MS/SWP, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Incident Report with solutions, etc.
- All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Involve in Total Process Exhaust Project including scrubber and VOC removal system, Utilities Hook Up Services for Semiconductor Tool, and other M&E projects.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E or the construction industry.
- Possessing relevant safety certificates is an advantage.
- Knowledge of equipment installation, testing & commissioning, and troubleshooting as per M&E drawings or engineering specifications.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.
- Willing to travel & based at the project site.
- Have knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft Office.
- Candidates without experience but with relevant qualifications will be considered as well.
