Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Engage in a consultative sales approach to understand customer pain points and recommend suitable communication and CRM solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help them optimize their communication and customer engagement strategies.
- Present, promote, and sell products and services tailored to business needs.
- Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer demands.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on the latest communication technologies, CRM trends, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in consultative sales, particularly in communication and CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer engagement, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Managed Services, Unified Communications, Contact Centre Solutions, or SaaS sales.
- Must have valid residency status. No work pass quota available.
