Key Responsibilities

As An Integral Part Of Our Team, You Will

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Financial Position, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial closings for assigned companies.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, collections, and disbursements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate general ledger accounts for assigned companies.
  • Assist with GST reporting and income tax filing.
  • Handle statutory audits, preparing schedules and responding to auditors’ queries.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., SFRS) and industry regulations.
  • Record and reconcile intercompany transactions between group companies.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks required by management.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience (candidates with prior construction industry experience are highly encouraged to apply).
  • Proven ability to handle a full set of accounts.
  • Audit experience is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
