Warehouse Assistant / Store Keeper
· To be responsible for the receipt of incoming, outgoing & returned
goods.
· To update and maintain inventory records daily through the use of
a computerized inventory system.
· To communicate with Production, Marketing and Shipping
Department regarding delivery /shipping schedules.
· To ensure timely delivery of goods to the customers.
· Daily planning / confirmation in advance of delivery with forwarder.
· Daily picking of goods for delivery to customer.
· To drive and handle material handling equipment like forklift, pallet
jet and stacker.
· To load and/or unload goods from vehicles and/or trucks.
· Carrying and/or moving of goods.
· To crate and pack into wooden crates for local delivery and export
shipment.
· To assist in other warehousing activities when necessary.
· To maintain safe and clean work environment.
· Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor / H.O.D.
Job Requirements :
· Minimum Secondary Level.
· Previous experience with a computer inventory system preferred.
· This role is physically demanding. Required to carry up to 25kg of
goods.
· Forklift licence will be a added advantage.
· Able to multi-task, work in fast paced environment.
· Effective interpersonal communication skills required.
· A fast learner, Independent and a team player with proactive
attitude, willing to learn and take on responsibilities.
· Hardworking, energetic.
Other Information :
5 days work week
Working Hour : 8am to 5.50pm Mon to Fri
Transport provided to and fro Clementi MRT
Salary : Depending on qualification and experience.
