About Little Orcas

Little Orcas is a newly founded swim school established in 2024. We primarily offer swimming lessons to young children in condominiums and landed homes. Since then, we have grown and are now looking for new blood to join our small team.

At Little Orcas, we are committed to empower lives and create transformative learning experiences through exceptional swim coaching. To equip children with the tools for lifelong success, we conduct safe, fun and holistic swimming lessons at the convenience of their homes.

Role Description

This is a Part-Time Swimming Coach role at Little Orcas. The Swimming Coach will be responsible for conducting safe, fun and holistic swimming lessons. Your working hours are based on your availability but you are expected to commit to the classes that you teach.

If you have no prior experience, training will be provided. Regardless of experience, you will first undergo in-house training at $15/hour. Afterward, your hourly rate will start from $40, and eventually grow to $80. Increments are based on a structured coach progression and peer mentoring.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • 0-6 months of swim coaching experience
  • Enjoyment of working with young children
