The Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring revenue targets, forecast accuracy, optimal inventory levels, and customer service objectives are met for the Southeast Asia region. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Supply Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Regulatory, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Planning:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed demand plan using historical data, market trends, and sales/marketing insights.
  • Drive forecast accuracy and align demand plans with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Lead monthly Demand Review Meetings and integrate market intelligence for accurate forecasting.
  • Act as the primary contact for NPI (New Product Introductions) and product rationalization.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels by addressing underconsumption.
  • Manage IPN and Master Data for demand planning. Collaborate with regional teams to execute demand consensus reviews.
  • Provide management reports on key trends, risks, and opportunities. Set up new SKUs within the Southeast Asia region.
  • Facilitate discussions on safety stock and planning strategies with the commercial team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning (CPIM certification preferred).
  • Regional experience in a multicultural environment is a must.
  • Background in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or FMCG preferred.
  • Strong expertise in SAP S4 Hana, MS Excel, and Power BI.
  • Statistical forecasting proficiency with the ability to apply forecasting methods effectively.
